Tuesday was a complete disaster of a day for me, so needless to say I didn't get my 3 mile run in for the day. I'm hoping to get in the 5 mile run today (shortly actually), but we shall see what happens.

    I ran...Tuesday at 10:00 p.m. 3 miles. Todd and the girls followed me in the truck.
